Men's Basketball Overcome by Delta Scorers

University Center, MI – The Men’s Basketball team (1-14, 0-3) had a better offensive night but the Delta Pioneers (4-10,1-2) including the NJCAA DII’s Leading scorer had an even better one as the Timberwolves lost 75-115 on the road.

Statistical Leaders
  • Gavin Goetz (Cadillac, MI/Cadillac) led the Timberwolves with 24 points, including sinking five three-point field goals.
  • Thomas Conzelmann (Frankenmuth, MI/Frankenmuth) had 14 points and 7 rebounds.
  • Ben Barringer (Freeland, MI/Freeland) secured a career high 8 assists in the game.
  • Freshman Cameron Ivey (Mt. Pleasant, MI/Mt. Pleasant) was also a double digit scorer for the Timberwolves with 12 points.
