Three Timberwolves Earn All MCCAA Northern Conference Basketball Awards

The Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA) released the 2025-26 Basketball end of season awards, and three Timberwolves earned recognition for their efforts to their teams during the year.

Headlining the awards for the Timberwolves is Evelyn VanTol (Frankfort/Frankfort) who earned 2nd Team All-Northern Conference honors as well as being named to the MCCAA Northern Conference All-Freshman team. VanTol was the Timberwolves leading scorer with 351 points and set a new record for the most rebounds in a single season for a Timberwolf with 275. She recorded 12 double-doubles this season and was a consistent force on the court.

Sophomore, Ceara LeBlanc (Brimley/Brimley) was named to the All-Northern Conference Honorable Mention team. LeBlanc, a prolific shooter, served a key role on and off throughout the season playing point guard as the team needed. Her quickness and competitive drive made her a key contributor for the Timberwolves on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. This is LeBlanc’s second MCCAA award this season and third award overall. She was MCCAA Northern Conference Honorable Mention for basketball during her freshman season and this fall she earned the award for volleyball. LeBlanc ends her career as a Timberwolf with numerous records and awards, including: Most 3pt FG made (Game, Season, Career), Best 3pt FG % (Season, Career), Steals (Career).

On the men’s side freshman, Camari Keller (Vincent, AL/Vincent) earned Honorable Mention All-Northern conference. Keller grew steadily throughout the season and was at his best during the MCCAA Northern Conference season where he became a consistent presence for the Timberwolves on the court both offensively and defensively. He scored his career high 20 points at the team's win on the road against Alpena Community College.
