Men's Basketball Ends Season Against Muskegon CC
Petoskey, MI – The Timberwolves Men’s Basketball team ended their season and honored the graduating sophomores in the final game when they hosted Muskegon CC to a 95-64 loss.
Much like most of the season the game was tight and the Timberwolves battled but at one point the gap opened and Muskegon made a run that put it out of reach for North Central.
Four sophomores played in their final game of athletic eligibility for the Timberwolves.
Ryan Ehlert (Pembine, WI/Northland College) scored 10 points in the game. He ends the season as the Timberwolves leading scorer and 5th in the record books for career 3-pointers.
Jack Clancy (Harbor Springs/Harbor Springs) scored 8 points and shot 66.6% from behind the arc.
Thomas Conzelmann (Frankenmuth/Frankenmuth) pulled down 5 rebounds and cements himself as the 3rd highest rebounder in school history.
Ben Barringer (Freeland/Freeland) put it all out on the court tonight and dished out 4 assists to his teammates. He ends his career with 95 assists and finds himself in the record book at 4th place for assists in a career.
Statistical Leaders
- Freshman Cameron Ivey (Mount Pleasant/Mount Pleasant) continued his late season scoring run with 14 points.
- Camari Keller (Vincent/AL, Vincent) scored 10 points and pulled down 7 rebounds for the team.
